Refund Policy
At McCann Professional Dog Trainers, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds under specific conditions for our training programs and retail products. Please review the details below.
Training Programs
In-Person Programs
- Full refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before your first lesson.
- Refunds requested after this timeframe are not available.
Online Programs
- Full refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase.
- Refunds are not available after this period.
Retail Products
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges on unused, undamaged (resellable) items within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds apply to the item’s cost only and do not include shipping fees.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our Training Facility in Flamborough, Ontario, Canada.
Exceptions for Damaged Items
- We do not refund items damaged through use.
- If an item is damaged due to a production error, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.
Processing of Returns
- Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If they meet our return criteria, a refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 3 business days from the item’s arrival at our facility for processing.
