• I adopted Charlotte 7 months ago. McCann's helped us learn together. This is my first dog and I was completely overwhelmed the first month. She went Mach 5 through my house and had issues with separation anxiety. Over time we channelled her energy into something positive. • Grade 3 progressed very nicely from Grade 2. The pace of instruction and the progressions made it easy to succeed. Instructors were attentive and targeted their advice very effectively. It's great to see how much my dogs enjoy coming to class.

• I have discovered that taking Grade 3 has really assisted me in training and have noticed a large difference with Kelsey. She seems to be more in tune with all of the commands. I have acquired more 'fine tuning' in Grade 3. It was a pleasure this past summer on one of our coanoe trips as Kelsey was allowed to stay off leash on all of the portage trails. She was always beside me unless I said 'okay'. Anything from a squirrel, chipmunk or even a rabbit did not make her break from my side. Thank you! The Head instructor is truly an amazing instructor, bubbly, happy and in tune to every one in our class. Thank you. I guarantee that if another puppy shows up at our door step, I will be the first in line to start all over. It is truly an amazing experience to work with a dog you love so much and have that dog listen and respond to every command you give!! Thank you all!

• Last year at this time, our dog was not very well mannered. This year, we have completed grades 1, 2 and 3 and I can't believe that he would sit, lie down, wait, stay and look at me when I tell him to. • I would (and have) recommend McCann's to people who are getting a puppy or already have a dog. I found the classes fun and felt that not only did it provide a bond between my dog and myself, it gave me a method to build on. I was trained so I could train my dog.

• The training has been great for keeping Gus active (he's almost 8 now) and for his personality. He is inclined to be timid and is less so when we are training. He also chooses to spend more time socializing with us (his family) rather than sleeping alone in another room. Very healthy results.
